Coffee taste good but pricey and pastries also but the ambiance is so nice unique. However, they should have a lactose free milk for those who has lactose intolerance. They give discounts for PWD & SC.

This place is a haven for introverts. It has a dim light with yellow lightings . Perfect for a "not so rush" mood. Calm place and cozy. With wifi and several sockets. Chairs are comfortable perfect for rotting your thoughts away ahahaha. For coffee I tried spanish latte 8/10. Croissant Banoffee is 10/10. Will come again!

The interior looks really good, maximized the space for seats and aesthetic. The music is not so loud, good playlist and there are outlets so you can get some work done. A little disappointed with the pasta as they were not cooked fresh but the desserts were good. Good Biscoff cheesecake and cookies. The drinks are nothing too remarkable. Toilet is also available at the cafe apart from the mall restrooms.

Cafe Caramello has such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I ordered their Iced Americano and it was smooth, bold, and refreshing—just the right balance of flavor without being too bitter. I ended up staying for hours to do some work, and I have to say the place is really comfortable for that. The vibe is calm, the staff are friendly, and it feels like the kind of spot where you can both enjoy good coffee and be productive. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for quality brews and a relaxing environment.

We had such a wonderful experience with Café Caramello right from inquiry to reservation, everything was so smooth! The manager and staff were incredibly reliable and easy to communicate with. We arrived a little late for our reservation, but without any hesitation, they adjusted our schedule for the function room and even gave us extra time to set up for free. Can I just say that they were so flexible and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed even providing a vase and other little things that really completed our setup. Aside from the outstanding service, we absolutely love the aesthetic of the place! It’s cozy, stylish, and perfect for making the most of our time, whether for celebrations, catch-ups, or just chill moments. It’s not my first time at Café Caramello, and every visit feels like the best one yet. Great food, great vibes, and such good company every time. We’ll definitely be back to unwind, study, play board games (they have a lot!), or simply enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee. Love that for them! Highly recommend!

Cafe Caramello is a cafe at Parqal. It's on the upper level of the mall close to the middle section. What I like about this cafe is that they have an enclosed section if you want to have a more private discussion. Some of their tables have power points too so you can plug in your device to recharge.
